I first heard this tune on the free traditional Irish music podcast at http://www.clarefm.ie/downloads.php?type=trad. Of all traditional Irish dance music, I find polkas to be the most playable on the mountain dulcimer. Try arranging three polkas into a set. (Tune 1 X2, Tune 2 X2, Tune 2 X2) In a set, you don't stop at the end of a tune; you just go immediately into the next. "Terry 'Cuz' Teahan's" is normally played in G. I tabbed it out for G in DAD, capoed at the third fret. Irish polkas are usually written in 2/4. I wrote this out in 4/4 because I find it easier to read. For an original recording, look for Terry Teahan and Gene Kelly: Old Time Irish Music in America. MIDI: (A basic way to get the tune in your head.
