I've asked CD Technical Fulfillment of Iowa City, IA to handle my web store from end to end. As of 6/29/10, they will manufacture my books, CDs, and DVDs; take, ship, and charge orders through their website; and give me the time I need to perform, teach, create instructional materials, design web sites, and make records.
